What are the limits of trial version?
The trial version of UniConverter is restricted to convert only 1/3 length of video, burn 1/3 length video to DVD, download 5 video files from online sites and record limited video.

Can I cancel my monthly or annually subscription?
Yes, of course you can. One year subscription allows you to use this product for one year and renew if you are satisfied. You will receive an e-mail notification 7 days prior to the end of the subscription.

What shall I do if the registration code says invalid?
You can make sure you install the right version of UniConverter first, then check if there’s trailing blank when entering the licensed Email and registration code (note they are all zeros in the registration code, no letter O). Please contact customer service if neither way works.

What is the Perpetual License?
A perpetual license is a license that does not expire, and it continues to authorize access to current UniConverter version indefinitely.

What's the difference between Team and Business Plan?
There is no product functional difference. You can use both Team and Business Plan for commercial. For users within 5, please select Team Plan while selecting the Business Plan for more than five users, and our Team will give you a bespoke discount.

What is the volume discount?
The more licenses you buy, the greater the discount. 10% OFF for 2 Users, 15% OFF for 3 Users, 20% OFF for 4 Users, and 25% OFF for 5 Users; for more than five users, please select the Business Plan, and our Team will give you a bespoke discount.
