How to Auto Reframe Video for Easy Sharing
Are you looking for a tool that can reframe a video to 16:9 or any other aspect ratios while also keeping the main subject in the frame? Wondershare UniConverter added a new Auto Reframe feature which can help you reframe 16:9 videos to 9:16, 1:1, or other commonly used aspect ratios for YouTube or other social media channels. Below are detailed steps about how to use Auto Reframe built-in Wondershare UniConverter.
Steps on how to reframe videos to 16:9 for YouTube or other aspect ratios:
Step 1 Open Auto Reframe in Wondershare UniConverter 13.
Download, install and launch Wondershare Uniconverter 13. Then click Toolbox > Auto Reframe to open the video frame editing window.
Step 2 Import your video to auto reframe.
Click the + Import File button on the right to import your video.
Step 3 Choose the Aspect Ratio and Motion Speed to reframe your video automatically.
After importing your video, it will default to a 16:9 aspect ratio and an Auto Motion Speed.
Click the downside arrow below Aspect Ratio to expand the options where you can choose 9:16, 1:1, 4:3. 4:5, 21:9. Click to choose one and click the downside arrow below Motion Speed to choose a speed from the list of Auto, Fast, and Slow to follow the motion of pictures in the video.
Step 4 Analyze and auto reframe your video.
Finally, click the Analyze to reframe your video to the aspect ratio you have chosen. If you changed the aspect ratio or Motion Speed that you have chosen, you need to click the Analyze button again to reframe your video to the new aspect ratio.
(Optional): After the video is automatically reframed, you can click the play icon at the bottom of the video to view the effect. If the effect is not as expected, you can drag the scale box to adjust the keyframes to fine-tune the results.
Step 5 Export the reframed video to MP4.
Check the results of reframing again by clicking the Play icon under the video on the left, and click on the Export to get your reframed video.
